Therapy is provided for children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing emotional and behavioral problems. By receiving therapeutic services, the individual will receive emotional support and skills to resolve conflict as well as develop the ability to both understand feelings, and utilize appropriate problem solving skills. We offer parenting training, intimate/familial counseling, skill and self-esteem building, and play therapy.

Group therapy includes:

  • Parent Support
  • Socialization (children and adolescents)

  • Trauma and Victimization
  • Sibling Groups
  • Substance Abuse
  • Anger Management

Work with children includes behavior modification, play therapy (Lego and sand), socialization skills training, counseling surrounding parent divorce, loss of parent or sibling, aggressive behavior, self-esteem building, and managing peer pressure.

The goals for therapy as well as the course of therapy may be specific to (conflict resolution, anger management, improve relationships with family and friends), or more general (reduce stress, improve romantic, familial, and social relationships, improve self-esteem).

The length of therapeutic services depends on the complexity and severity of problems. No referral is required.
